'Fury' by Shirley Marr

Reviewed by Mrs Batley

Fury is a change from novels that are hitting the book shelves at the moment. It is about a group of teenagers and their life in East Rivermoor. Elize is wealthy, privileged, outspoken, and sitting in a police station, accused of murder. With support from a police officer, she begins to tell her story.

The book skips from present to past throughout, which makes you anxious to know the ending. The novel has a dark and sinister undertone, but is hilarious at times. Pick up the book from our new book stand and read on ...
